After we had a new combi boiler our old shower stopped working we wanted either new shower or old one fixing. He said it was easy to fix. They came round connected new pipes job done, we then went away on holiday for 2 weeks came back showered water started pouring out of the loft (where the pump is) they eventually came back stating didn't know what to do as they've never seen this make of shower before and it's probably the pump that's broken. He refused to take any responsibility I then said can you at least quote for a new shower not heard from them since??

Phoned up to talk about job and arrange coming to quote, came out the next day sent very reasonable quote over the same night and booked in for the following day. Very reliable, polite, tidy workmen. Even mended another tap aswell. Definitely be using again and will be recommending.

I have been fitting the downstairs loo and sink myself but Im a bit old to be digging a concrete floor up or had the confidence to lay the soil pipe correctly. So I got Jamie and his mate to do it. Both very friendly did job in two days. I fitted the toilet the day after and it works fine.
