  Reliable and efficient installation.

  I have been on a service contract for my LPG boiler with O'Neil's for 3-4 years and on the couple of occasions they have attended because of problems, they have provided a prompt response, and repair. On this occasion however, I decided to replace my aging unit. The quote was reasonable, and arrived on the same day via Email. The work was carried out a few days later in an extremely efficient and timely manner. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and fully explained the procedure. Overall, the heating was off for about 5 hours. Can't recommend them to highly

  I have been with this company for several years excellent service throughout. We eventually needed a new boiler which was installed by Mathew who was absolutely fantastic. Installed and fitted within a day and no mess left afterwards. The whole staff within the Ayr office are amazing nothing is too much trouble for them especially Donna from accounts. I would have no hesitation in referring O’Neils to anyone needing a boiler /plumbing/or electrical work done 👍 .

  I had a new boiler installed and the wirk carried out by the company was excellent. I am also delighted with the boiler which was recommended and would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others

  O'Neill - new gas boiler

  We have had a new boiler fitted by o'neills and we're very impressed with the service; the engineers were punctual, very tidy, making sure carpet was covered and that nothing was left at the end of the work. Everything was explained to us and we were shown how everything worked and everything was tested. We were very impressed with the whole experience from quote,to job completion and to communication with the company.
