I phoned on a weekend and got through to an engineer immediately. I was told I was 5th in the queue and was reassured an engineer would be with me as soon as possible. He arrived quicker than I thought and had the issue fixed very quickly. The engineer was professional and curteous. Highly recommend

Boiler breakdown, contacted O'Neil, and attended same day. Was advised of problem, and parts required for repair. The communication with the visiting engineer was excellent, although I did have to contact their office a couple of times and slightly push for repair to be carried out, as they never contacted me. Overall, it was a great service they provided, once I had finally confirmed the go ahead. The girls were all very helpful, and fully understood the predicament I was in, having 3 nurses lodging with me, with no heating or more importantly, no hot water for 2 days. Excellent service tho

After telephoned one morning no heating or hot water engineer called and fixed.Unfortunately later found we had problem again due to intermittent fault.Again engineer came,found the cause and is coming Monday with parts to fix burner.Meanwhile has got heating and water on again. Very good service.

I had our boiler service on 7th March and would like to pay my compliments to the staff at O'Neil's The young service engineer arrived within his allocated time slot and was professional from the start to the finish of his visit. I explained that my husband was in hospital and I was struggling to get to grips with my timer he kindly took time to explain the gadget and suggested how to operate. He completed the boiler service and before he left he again suggested that I write down his suggestion on working the timer , I did feel more confident, I have nothing but praise for this young man.

A very nice young man arrived offered to take his shoes of before coming into the house he inspected the boiler several times went in and out to the meter several times where he found a potentially dangerous gas leak he told me what to do and within an hour and a half I was cosey and warm The girls who book all the appointments Are always polite and efficient which I need as I am also a landlord and they never hesitate to call if they think there is a problem or I have forgotten something 10 ⭐ service all round and my tennents all agree
