I had a new boiler put in by O'Neil. The girls in the office were so nice and explained things well and Declan who fitted the boiler was fantastic. He did experience a couple of problems, not unusual in my house, but handled everything very professionally and reassured me he would not leave until completing the job. It was a long day for him and he never stopped. I'm very happy with this company.
