The engineer did a great job and was very polite and professional.

From the moment I was contacted by one flow drainage I felt in safe hands and was put at ease. I am thoroughly impressed with the work that was done by the engineer Elliot, who did a fantastic job of removing the drain snake that was jammed in the pipework and needed CCTV to locate & then air pressure to try to dislodge it. This was not an easy fix & he kept me informed at all times and discussed the next steps to be taken. A full de-scale was then carried out because my pipes were so furred up with scale & debris. All in all, an excellent service from one flow drainage. Thank you.

Came within the day to fit the drains, did a great job clearing them

Great communication from initial phone call requesting job to completion of job. We were kept up to date on arrival time of engineer and he was very friendly and respectful of our property and kept us informed of what was happening throughout. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend to others.

Had a slow-emptying toilet. Tried getting plumbers out but none interested enough, so went with a drainage specialist. William and Elliott talked me through what they were doing and kept me up to date with progress. The issue turned out to be related to our furry friends having damaged the pipe. They pulled out lumps of stone and flushed out other stuff I won't specify and put a liner in. They also recommended a valve which I've actioned separately. Messy job but they did their best to keep it under control, and cleaned up after.

They rang me up as soon as I posted the job and sent the plumber out within a couple of hours. The lady on the phone and the plumber who came out were both absolutely lovely. Work was done really well. Explained everything fully. It turns out we need to contact the council and they wrote everything down for us to send to the council and said they'd email us with it all too. Great service, would absolutely recommend!
