  New boiler fitted and kitchen tap replaced

  Abi has carried out a number of jobs for me over the years and is extremely helpful and professional. I have found him to be courteous,polite and very friendly and gives the best advice on what is suitable for the job. Recently he and Basil fitted a new boiler for me they came at the agreed time and got on with the work quickly and price is always reasonable. I am very happy with the service he has provided to date and will continue to use him for in the future. A very happy customer :)

  Replacing an old complicated boiler

  Abi was recommended to us when our very old and complicated boiler stopped working. Abi and Basil visited our property on a Thursday to review the situation and helpfully explained the options we had. They gave a very reasonable quote and confirmed they could start work on the Monday. However, when they learned that we have a new born baby, they made arrangements to start work sooner as we didn’t have hot water - not a good situation with a new born. They arrived early Saturday morning and completed it the same day. I highly recommend this service for price, professionalism and courtesy.

  Replacement of boiler

  Abi was recommended to us when we moved into our new home and the previous, old boiler stopped working. He was prompt to provide a temporary fix and then swiftly ordered and installed a new boiler - on a weekend which also happened to be his birthday! There were a couple of issues with condensation since (because of a blocked pipe) but again, he has always been there every time we’ve needed him. Would highly recommend for professionalism and after sales service.

  Replacement of kitchen boiler and water tank in the attic

  Excellent communication and helpful from the start. Responded in an emergency as well, and came out at short notice. Did an amazing job on a very decent quotation, and relpaced the main kitchen boiler and also the removal of the water tank in the attic. Patiently took his time to show how the new boiler worked and its control panel to my parents whom are elderly.
