Really impressed. Gregor came out at a moments notice, diagnosed the fault and then went to get the part and fit it. He clearly laid out all the options open to me and the implications if the fault still wasn't fixed. I felt that I understood what was going on and involved in the decision making process. This is in direct contrast to the previous company I tried who told me I need to replace the entire boiler before they even took the cover off. I'm really impressed with Snap Fix Plumbing and would definitely use them again.
