Colin was very accommodating, doing my job after he'd already done a shift at his " 9 till 5". Colin encountered a fault on the first visit, which resulted in a return visit ( at no extra cost to me) on the first visit he worked late with lights strapped to his head as the daylight had gone. when he did return, he set about fault finding. through deduction, he found the fault and bingo! everything worked as planned. There was no pressure or stress with Colin, and he came across as competent. I don't have many electrical problems, but if I did, Colin would be my first port of call.

Colin and his team were very professional and polite. He was quick to answer our queries and got the job done on time and at the price quoted. He provided us with all certificates we needed for the work as was in the process of selling.

Excellent prompt response to request following fire alarm malfunctioning. Very efficient service provided by company especially coming out on the same day. Also Colin was very well-informed and knowledgeable in answering technical questions. Am very pleased with the completed work and would highly recommend Colin and the service he provides.

An appointment was arranged but the Omni representative failed to appear or telephone as he said he would if he could not come. Never heard from him again!

Third time that I have used the services of OMNI Electrical - fantastic hard working, honest lads. Zero fuss, whenever they encountered issues they worked through them using the simplest solutions while keeping me in the loop. Fair prices, good communication, good timekeeping and very courteous, they tidy up after themselves very well. Prompt turnaround of any documentation. Highly recommended - I wouldn’t consider using any other electricians as long as they have availability.

Colin was absolutely fantastic, extremely diligent and patient. Colin ensured that the downtime for the power was the absolute minimum and that the work was completed to the highest standard. He was flexible when our oven was late in being delivered and when it finally arrived, he scheduled us in as soon as he could. When the oven was installed, he even ensured that the cook of the house was aware of the set up. I would absolutely recommend.
