10 British gas had been installing new gas pipe and disconnected the supply and capped it off

The engineer arrived promptly and set about fault finding. The boiler was working fine, but British gas had been working in the road installing new gas pipe and had capped off the supply to the property thus making the boiler go to lockout. They had failed to reconnect the supply, but Home fix checked this within five minutes of arriving!! Colin was very accommodating, doing my job after he'd already done a shift at his " 9 till 5". Colin encountered a fault on the first visit, which resulted in a return visit ( at no extra cost to me) on the first visit he worked late with lights strapped to his head as the daylight had gone. when he did return, he set about fault finding. through deduction, he found the fault and bingo! everything worked as planned. There was no pressure or stress with Colin, and he came across as competent. I don't have many electrical problems, but if I did, Colin would be my first port of call.Verified reviewerJob location: KT8
