10 Repairing wifi signal in external office

I didn't get his name but the engineer who came was very helpful and courteous. He quickly identified the problem (some water from a recent storm had got in to an external connection) and resolved it, and then took me through the options to replace the router which had been damaged as well. Rob came round to survey the job; offered his advise and proposal for the work. He was punctual, well presented, friendly and clearly knowledgeable and experienced in telecoms. I asked him to get straight on with it as, over other engineers I contacted, he was by far the most confidence inspiring. He did the work quickly and worked very neatly and kept the area tidy, cleaning and vacuuming up afterwards.
