I didn't get his name but the engineer who came was very helpful and courteous. He quickly identified the problem (some water from a recent storm had got in to an external connection) and resolved it, and then took me through the options to replace the router which had been damaged as well. Punctual, good communication and reasonably priced. Recommended.

Engineer came same morning and diagnosed fault as being at the exchange and not internal . He was correct and even arranged for BT to refund his fee.

Rob came round to survey the job; offered his advise and proposal for the work. He was punctual, well presented, friendly and clearly knowledgeable and experienced in telecoms. I asked him to get straight on with it as, over other engineers I contacted, he was by far the most confidence inspiring. He did the work quickly and worked very neatly and kept the area tidy, cleaning and vacuuming up afterwards. I was very pleased with the final job, it was much better than I was expecting and I'm very happy with his service.

Omni3 undertook this work with obvious competence and much consideration. It was immediately successful with very little fuss or mess. Highly recommended, although to be fair, we did have to chase up our initial enquiry and quotation - but were pleased we did.
