  Jake and his team turned up on time very friendly yet professional. He took on the difficult job without a problem suggesting solutions others didn’t, and managed to source the same roof tiles as I had a few broken. Any job he did was done properly with a great finish, and any mess cleared away. His prices for cleaning the roof were very competitive. I’d recommend him to anyone and will use them again myself.

  Removal of unused leaky chimney

  I asked Jake to remove our chimney which was no longer in use and leaking into the house when it rained heavily. His team removed the chimney to below roof level and fitted new roof tiles, ridge tiles and felt to make the roof watertight as well as refitting loose ridge tiles. When completed you would not know the chimney had been there. The job was done on the date agreed, finished in one day which was ahead of schedule and all debris and mess was taken away. Invoice was exactly as agreed. I found Olympic Property Services very easy to work with and would use again.

  Very prompt response. Covered leaky area immediately and came back as soon as weather was dry carry out work. Offered comprehensive solution at a reasonable price.

  Roofing repair to a "tiled valley" that was converted to open valley.

  Jake of Olympic Building Services was quick to attend, survey and offer the best remedy for my roof problem as it was affecting the house interior. He pushed the job forward and did an excellent repair that will outlast the entire roof !
