  Removal of unused leaky chimney

  I asked Jake to remove our chimney which was no longer in use and leaking into the house when it rained heavily. His team removed the chimney to below roof level and fitted new roof tiles, ridge tiles and felt to make the roof watertight as well as refitting loose ridge tiles. When completed you would not know the chimney had been there. The job was done on the date agreed, finished in one day which was ahead of schedule and all debris and mess was taken away. Invoice was exactly as agreed. I found Olympic Property Services very easy to work with and would use again.
