  A good outcome for a tough job

  Olí arrived at the agreed time to do the work of opening a safe when the key was missing and the code was not known. (My deceased cousin’s safe and I am his executor). Oli opened the safe within an hour. Oli was pleasant throughout the process, explaining what he was doing. His charges are very reasonable too.

  I’m of an age where it is hard to trust people. But Oli was just lovlie. Kind polight and went above and beyond to help me when I was very stressed and emotional, he conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and got the job done for me even made me a cup of tea to help me calm down.

  Oli came and fixed my front gate lock that wasn't working. He was well priced and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone. 10/10

  Unreliable and failed to return

  Paid £90 upfront for Oli to fix our front door after he said he could gain entry and repair it, including a follow-up visit. He removed part of the mechanism, saying he’d clean it and return with a new “gearbox” within a few days. He never came back. After saying he was waiting for a part, he stopped responding completely despite multiple calls and messages from different numbers. We’re now left with an “uninsurable” door and missing parts, unable to get it properly repaired. Very unprofessional—avoid. Oli please return the door mechanism

  Hello, this review isn't hounist. No job is paid upfront, you paid £90 for me to open your jammed door and fix your mecagnism. You said you didn't want to pay the extra £50 for my return visit, also your mecagnism was broken which I showed you the day of the job. I understand if you're annoyed at me asking for the further works charge, but I did everything I said I would that day and you seemed happy with it at the time.
