  New uPVC handle and locks

  I needed a new uPVC handle for my back door, and I wanted new front and back locks. Oli replied promptly to my job request and price he quoted was competitive. Communication was excellent throughout. Very reliable and respectful. Would highly recommend. Thank you Oli.

  Broken key in lock

  Olly came out to help remove a broken key from my front door and, despite giving it every possible attempt, the key just wouldn’t budge. Rather than leaving me stuck with a broken lock, he offered to replace the entire lock and provide new keys at the same price. I really appreciated his professionalism and the way he handled everything. I’ll definitely be using him again in the future and would happily recommend him to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.

  Opened garage door and replaced lock

  Oli was punctual, attentive and honest about the work he carried out. Although the work took longer than expected Oli kept me informed throughout and the lock was replaced to my satisfaction.

  A good outcome for a tough job

  Olí arrived at the agreed time to do the work of opening a safe when the key was missing and the code was not known. (My deceased cousin’s safe and I am his executor). Oli opened the safe within an hour. Oli was pleasant throughout the process, explaining what he was doing. His charges are very reasonable too.
