  I’ve had these guys do two jobs recently. One was to replace blown immersion. 2nd was to attach economy 7 timer direct to water to help reduce mo thot costs. On both jobs the guys were really great at communication. They did both jobs really well. They are polite and professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

  New Boiler and Control Units

  Tom came out at short notice to help fix our existing boiler, after carrying out a full service and diagnostics we both agreed that the boiler would need replacing. Tom provided me with a number of options and advice to help me make an informed decision on my new system. Tom and the team then squeezed us into their very busy schedule due to us not having any heating or hot water. The job was carried out with great care and I can't thank him and the team enough for their exceptional service. I would highly recommend Old Town Plumbing and will be doing so going forward.

  Downstairs Bathroom

  We instructed Old Town Plumbing to install out downstairs toilet. Work was good standard, they left things tidy. Really pleased. We also called them out on a job for a leak in the upstairs bathroom, were round within a day, all sorted, with minimal impact to us. Communication with the team is easy and prompt.

  Never turned up on a call out

  Not reliable. Old Town gave me an appointment one week after my gas was shut down by British gas engineers as they suspected a gas leak. Not having heating for 7 days wasn't fun. I took a day off waiting for them at the property. On the day of appointment, they didn't turned up. Called them several times never answered my call.

  Boiler Call-out and new Boiler Fitted

  I first contacted Old Town after finding them via CheckaTrade in a panic when our boiler stopped working and was so glad I found them. They came out the same day and were honest when talking through our options with us which we appreciated. When we decided to get a new boiler, they gave us a very comprehensive and competitive quote in comparison to quotes we had received. The boiler fitting went really smoothly and the team worked efficiently, kept things tidy and went above and beyond by building a base over old pipework to make the space more useable in the future.
