They did a last minute job for us and were very efficient, on time. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tom came out at short notice to help fix our existing boiler, after carrying out a full service and diagnostics we both agreed that the boiler would need replacing. Tom provided me with a number of options and advice to help me make an informed decision on my new system. Tom and the team then squeezed us into their very busy schedule due to us not having any heating or hot water. The job was carried out with great care and I can't thank him and the team enough for their exceptional service. I would highly recommend Old Town Plumbing and will be doing so going forward.

We instructed Old Town Plumbing to install out downstairs toilet. Work was good standard, they left things tidy. Really pleased. We also called them out on a job for a leak in the upstairs bathroom, were round within a day, all sorted, with minimal impact to us. Communication with the team is easy and prompt.

Not reliable. Old Town gave me an appointment one week after my gas was shut down by British gas engineers as they suspected a gas leak. Not having heating for 7 days wasn't fun. I took a day off waiting for them at the property. On the day of appointment, they didn't turned up. Called them several times never answered my call.

I first contacted Old Town after finding them via CheckaTrade in a panic when our boiler stopped working and was so glad I found them. They came out the same day and were honest when talking through our options with us which we appreciated. When we decided to get a new boiler, they gave us a very comprehensive and competitive quote in comparison to quotes we had received. The boiler fitting went really smoothly and the team worked efficiently, kept things tidy and went above and beyond by building a base over old pipework to make the space more useable in the future. Delighted at the service provided and the job done to replace our old gas boiler. The two Tom's are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work was very neat, completed on time and they took their time to explain the workings of our new boiler to us. Fantastic service and highly recommended!
