Just had a new boiler fitted today as an emergency job. The engineer was good with service and workmanship. Thank you.

I contacted Sean through recommendation and he came out the next day to inspect the job. I had a new pump fitted and a new hot water cylinder changed within 2 days. Tom was super efficient, friendly and very well mannered. The house was cleaned and tidied and all rubbish taken away. I have found myself a new plumber :-)

Another great job completed by Tom and his team. Friendly and efficient work completed. They fixed and replaced shower tray and wall panels in our en-suite bathroom and the work was completed to a high standard.

I’ve had these guys do two jobs recently. One was to replace blown immersion. 2nd was to attach economy 7 timer direct to water to help reduce mo thot costs. On both jobs the guys were really great at communication. They did both jobs really well. They are polite and professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Tom came out at short notice to help fix our existing boiler, after carrying out a full service and diagnostics we both agreed that the boiler would need replacing. Tom provided me with a number of options and advice to help me make an informed decision on my new system. Tom and the team then squeezed us into their very busy schedule due to us not having any heating or hot water. The job was carried out with great care and I can't thank him and the team enough for their exceptional service. I would highly recommend Old Town Plumbing and will be doing so going forward.
