would also like to provide feedback for the engineer Josh, after changing the router to a different service provider. Josh was very helpful and polite during his visit. He made sure all the systems were working properly, and before he left, he checked them again with me. One of the cameras was originally set up on a different app, but he never gave up and persisted in making sure I could have it on the same app to make it easier when viewing. Ohms fire and security are very reliable, trust worthy and friendly family business. They have full understanding of systems and extremely knowledgeable.
