would also like to provide feedback for the engineer Josh, after changing the router to a different service provider. Josh was very helpful and polite during his visit. He made sure all the systems were working properly, and before he left, he checked them again with me. One of the cameras was originally set up on a different app, but he never gave up and persisted in making sure I could have it on the same app to make it easier when viewing. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing but at the same time explained what the problem was he never rush

Ohms fire and security are very reliable, trust worthy and friendly family business. They have full understanding of systems and extremely knowledgeable. Cheaper than Chubb and good at fault finding diagnostics. Highly recommend Rob and his team

I wish all of our interactions with service providers was this good. Paul surveyed, quoted, demoed the system options to us and helped us decide what we needed. James, Guy and Andrew rocked up on the day, on time, did the work. Everything unfolded exactly as they said it would. No last minute curve balls or additional costs sprung n us. Body let us down. Ladies in the office were dead easy to talk to and really helpful. Top notch!

Andrew and Chris were consummate professionals, considerate regarding shoes, tidy and attentive to our property and enormously helpful regarding technical suggestions and positioning. Any technical challenges appear to have been overcome without fuss. All in all a very satisfactory experience, and I’m very happy with my choice of supplier.
