  The job was quoted over the phone using what’s app pictures. The 3 taps involved replaced/fitted within 4 days, ( on a Saturday morning ). The plumber came and went with minimum disruption.

  Emergency cylinder element replacement

  Amazing customer service, Mario moved the schedule of his team to enable an engineer to attend my property to replace the heating element on the same day so would not be without hot water. I have since used Octopus for other works- replacing timer in towel rail heating and installing new spur switches on radiators. All the engineers arrived on time, courteous and excellent communication with making and confirming arrangement.

  Boiler service and checking a faulty hot water tank

  I would definitely recommend this company. Everyone on the team has been very professional and polite. They responded quickly to my request for an appointment, maintained good communication and made the whole process smooth and trouble free. The engineer who came to our property, was very polite and professional. He kept me updated on the progress of the work being conducted and carefully tidied up afterwards. I will use this company again.

  Bath room and kitchen fittings

  I was impressed with the way the contractor assessed the job to be carried and the receipt of a quote. They were very flexible in agreeing to a time that was convenient for and kept me up to date. When it became apparent there was an unexpected issue, they returned to resolve the matter. Not being able to resolve it on the day they returned next and methodically analysed the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. I cannot thank them enough for the work carried in particular, Mario, Gregor, Jacob and Michael, who all get a big thanks.
