  Boiler service and checking a faulty hot water tank

  I would definitely recommend this company. Everyone on the team has been very professional and polite. They responded quickly to my request for an appointment, maintained good communication and made the whole process smooth and trouble free. The engineer who came to our property, was very polite and professional. He kept me updated on the progress of the work being conducted and carefully tidied up afterwards. I will use this company again.

  Bath room and kitchen fittings

  I was impressed with the way the contractor assessed the job to be carried and the receipt of a quote. They were very flexible in agreeing to a time that was convenient for and kept me up to date. When it became apparent there was an unexpected issue, they returned to resolve the matter. Not being able to resolve it on the day they returned next and methodically analysed the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. I cannot thank them enough for the work carried in particular, Mario, Gregor, Jacob and Michael, who all get a big thanks.

  Bathroom update

  Octopus Plumbing have done an amazing job on our bathroom. We’re so happy with the end result, it’s completed to a very high standard and the room looks completely transformed. Octopus were helpful, friendly and communicative, keeping us updated on progress via WhatsApp and letting us know who would be working at the house. They were able to adapt when we had some delays with materials arriving, kept everything neat and tidy while they were working and were careful not to let our two cats out which we really appreciated.   Octopus Plumbing is my “go to” company for all our plumbing needs. They are extremely professional, unfailingly polite, very reasonably priced, transparent about costs and charges, highly time-efficient and, most important of all, honest in everything they do. I unhesitatingly recommend them and believe me, I have experienced a lot of plumbers in my time who I would not remotely recommend!

  I recently had a leaking boiler, and Octopus Plumbing came to the rescue! From the first point of contact, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. The engineer arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly before carrying out the repair. The job was done efficiently and to a high standard — no mess left behind, and the boiler has been working perfectly since.   Great radiators installation!!!

  Greg carefully selected the radiators to match the look and size of my existing ones as closely as possible. Everything was done in a way that spared us from having to take up the flooring, which was very important to us. Before starting the work, everything was properly protected. I truly felt that I was dealing with real professionals. I highly recommend them!
