Job location: Not AvailableThe job was quoted over the phone using what’s app pictures. The 3 taps involved replaced/fitted within 4 days, ( on a Saturday morning ). The plumber came and went with minimum disruption.10 Emergency cylinder element replacement

Amazing customer service, Mario moved the schedule of his team to enable an engineer to attend my property to replace the heating element on the same day so would not be without hot water. I have since used Octopus for other works- replacing timer in towel rail heating and installing new spur switches on radiators. I would definitely recommend this company. Everyone on the team has been very professional and polite. They responded quickly to my request for an appointment, maintained good communication and made the whole process smooth and trouble free. The engineer who came to our property, was very polite and professional. He kept me updated on the progress of the work being conducted and carefully tidied up afterwards.
