I was impressed with the way the contractor assessed the job to be carried and the receipt of a quote. They were very flexible in agreeing to a time that was convenient for and kept me up to date. When it became apparent there was an unexpected issue, they returned to resolve the matter. Not being able to resolve it on the day they returned next and methodically analysed the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. I cannot thank them enough for the work carried in particular, Mario, Gregor, Jacob and Michael, who all get a big thanks.

Octopus Plumbing have done an amazing job on our bathroom. We’re so happy with the end result, it’s completed to a very high standard and the room looks completely transformed. Octopus were helpful, friendly and communicative, keeping us updated on progress via WhatsApp and letting us know who would be working at the house. They were able to adapt when we had some delays with materials arriving, kept everything neat and tidy while they were working and were careful not to let our two cats out which we really appreciated. I’d highly recommend them for any job!

Greg carefully selected the radiators to match the look and size of my existing ones as closely as possible. Everything was done in a way that spared us from having to take up the flooring, which was very important to us. Before starting the work, everything was properly protected.
