We needed a staircase refurb, handrails, posts, spindles. During my quotation I found Chris to be very thoughtful about what was needing to be done, also respectful as to my preferences, he explained how some difficulties could be overcome. The outcome of the quote was very reasonable. When work was started Chris was very clean and tidy, the work was carried out very professionally. Right from the initial contact, Chris was professional, provided good guidance regarding materials and finish. He quoted promptly and gave regular updates about his availability. Excellent job completed by Chris in carrying out the installation of a new Oak bannister with glass inset. He was on time to the quotation as well as each day he was round.
