  Window sealing.

  The company responded quickly to my request and gave me an acceptable quote. They were able to do the job the next day and, although it took longer than anticipated, the workman stuck to the quoted price. Very friendly and did a good job in spite of it's awkwardness. Great communication throughout and I am pleased with the end result.

  So this is a tricky one as Scott was very pleasant to have in the home &was on time every day but I have to be honest in my review of the work that I paid for. Scott took 11 days on a room that should have been 4. He wasn’t great at cleaning up as he went along each day &he did leave the site on final day with a lot of rubbish at the front of my house, there’s tile adhesive splattered on my pathway aswell as the bathroom floor. It appears he wasn’t honest about his experience with tiling. 9 hrs finishing up & grouting I came home to what looked like an apprentice 1st day at it.grout on tiles

  Hi Cassandra, thank you for your review. I’m sorry you were unhappy, as I take pride in my work. The job was more complex than expected and took double the time, nine days, though I kept to the agreed price. You asked that fixtures stay in place and uneven walls not be corrected, and declined to buy required extra tiles, which affected the finish. During grouting, I was interrupted for an hour so your partner could shower, causing grout to dry on the tiles. The low-grade grout supplied shank and cracked. Despite this, I strived to achieve the best result possible and cleaned thoroughly daily.

  Various property maintenance jobs

  Scott is very reliable, competent and diligent. He is very practical and completed all the jobs to a high standard. I would certainly recommend him. He communicates well, and completes the jobs efficiently. He patched up rendering on the outside of the house, fitted a wall mounted swivel bracket for a large TV, also replaced a bath room fan and put up large mirrors in the house.
