  Friendly, quick, and efficient roof repair

  It can be daunting choosing a roofing company. I am delighted to be able to highly recommend Oakley. From the moment I called them to help us with a leak everybody was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Within days from calling Oakley the roofing team was on the roof. Oakley also provide a 25 year guarantee for the work they do which is also very reassuring.

  I can not recommend Oakley improvements enough. I rang them after having a couple of tiles fall off the roof, after all the recent heavy rain and they came round the same afternoon to look at the job. Not only did they do the repairs the next day but also helped me with another job at the same time. Their customer service is THE BEST I have ever experienced with trades and has restored my faith that there are still decent, kind people out there who want to help and not rip you off. Thank you SO much. I can not recommend them enough. Use this company they are brilliant!!

  Excellent Work.

  We were updated at each stage of the work done. At all times the different staff were respectful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept checking that we were happy and they explained in detail what was going on. The bunch of lads doing the roof worked continuously and always cleared up at the end of the day to make sure it was safe and tidy. The whole experience was well organised and they went above and beyond the call of duty. They still check that everything is ok. even though the job was completed a couple of weeks ago.

  Quick, efficient - good job

  Oakley Improvements recently carried out some roof repairs for us including replacing ridge tiles and re-felting to part of the roof. The works were explained very well and carried out quickly and on time. All credit must be given to James and the team for working so hard in such extreme heat. Given the conditions, it would have been fine to postpone to more suitable conditions but they persevered, for which we are really grateful. In fact the whole process from initial phone call to completion was very quick. Our thanks for their hard work.

  Efficient and competent

  Two of our rented properties in Haywards Heath, West Sussex required reroofing. Built over 50 years ago both tiled roofs were in a poor state of repair with both rain ingress and animal damage. Oakley Improvements responded within a few hours of our request for a quote, supplying a detailed and coated quotation for both properties within a couple of days. We accepted. The work was carried out with the minimum of delay and took only a few days for completion. We were happy with the process and our tenants equally pleased with the rapid execution of the work.

  Fantastic job done

  We contacted Oakley Improvements to fix a slipped tile on our roof, and they advised us that a recent contractor who had insulated the roof had destroyed the felt and that we would need a new roof and tiles. We asked if they could do the job for us, and they pulled out all the stops to get it done as soon as possible. The job was completed in 1 day, and we were so pleased with the results, fantastic team of workers and management.
