Inspection with a view to removing spray foam insulation in roof showed the worst possible problems with the installation. I was advised that the only way to fix the issue was to replace the entire roof. The cost was not something I had expected to have but I am so pleased I accepted Oakley’s advice and cost. Having arranged the necessary skaffolding Charlie and his impressive team completed the job in two days. I can now breathe a sigh of relief that I or my daughter and stepsons will be able to sell the property without the worry of the wrong roof insulation.

We were unfortunately in the group of owners who found themselves with spray foam installed in good faith 13 years ago but now realise that it was not installed well and a survey carried out by Oakley Improvements showed that it would need to be removed before it caused further damage. This meant a totally new roof. They managed the whole process very professionally. They kept us informed of what was happening and what needed to happen. Staff were polite and as tidy as they could be. We feel comfortable that we could contact them again if we had any issues.

I would recommend this company highly as they have a very experienced crew on board and work was carried out very quickly and professional. With every step carried out was told in detail. Left my property very clean and tidy and very respectful to neighbours also full roof done in 2 days and worked through some horrible weather conditions

It can be daunting choosing a roofing company. I am delighted to be able to highly recommend Oakley. From the moment I called them to help us with a leak everybody was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Within days from calling Oakley the roofing team was on the roof. Oakley also provide a 25 year guarantee for the work they do which is also very reassuring.

I can not recommend Oakley improvements enough. I rang them after having a couple of tiles fall off the roof, after all the recent heavy rain and they came round the same afternoon to look at the job. Not only did they do the repairs the next day but also helped me with another job at the same time. Their customer service is THE BEST I have ever experienced with trades and has restored my faith that there are still decent, kind people out there who want to help and not rip you off. We were updated at each stage of the work done. At all times the different staff were respectful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept checking that we were happy and they explained in detail what was going on. The bunch of lads doing the roof worked continuously and always cleared up at the end of the day to make sure it was safe and tidy. The whole experience was well organised and they went above and beyond the call of duty. They still check that everything is ok. even though the job was completed a couple of weeks ago.
