  Kitchen tap change

  Communication with Tom from the outset was great. He managed to adjust some jobs to accommodate a suitable time. Once over Tom managed to replace a kitchen tap behind an awkward kitchen sink with no access to the tap and carry out the job with minimal mess or hassle. Extremely pleased! Would fully recommend.

  Radiator leak

  Emergency tap replacement. Work was left in the limbo from previous builder . NXGN was contacted , quick response respectfully trades man and great price . Clear job 100% recommended

  Toilet flush repair

  Tom repaired our toilet flush valve however unfortunately the part was faulty & stopped working a few months later. I contacted Tom again - he came round quickly, identified the problem, provided a temporary repair whilst waiting for the replacement part to arrive & then fitted this a short time later - all within the guarantee
