Called Tom to fix a leak in both the toilet and bath at my elderly mums house. I don’t live locally so Tom very kindly liased with both myself and a brother of mine who does. Tom arrived at extremely short notice and fixed both problems quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable and a bit hit with my mum who thought he was wonderful. I would not hesitate in recommending Tom at NXGN and shall certainly be keeping his number in case my mum needs his services in the future.
