Second job. Very polite, clean worker and very reliable. Explained what was needed and Communicated throughout.

My brother had a leak and called Tom after looking on check a trade, he the referred to me as I expected I had a leak in the kitchen. Tom came round and detected the leak from soil pipe, he explained all steps and asked permission before starting as the ceiling and kitchen wall had to be cut away to gain access, he also fixed the toilet as this was constantly filling! He worked hard all day, fixed the leak and tidied all the mess. I found him to be very professional, sincere and honest. I would definitely recommend Tom.

Tom was very helpful and professional and explained everything that needed to be done. We are very pleased with the work that has been completed and with the price that we were charged.

Excellent job done for all three tasks. Really loving our new radiator in the hall and the new tap on the washbasin. Shower yet to be tested lol. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Tom is very reliable keeps you updated on his time management. To do my job as promised he was at my house at 7.30am. Great guy

Communication with Tom from the outset was great. He managed to adjust some jobs to accommodate a suitable time. Once over Tom managed to replace a kitchen tap behind an awkward kitchen sink with no access to the tap and carry out the job with minimal mess or hassle. Extremely pleased! Would fully recommend.
