Really disappointed. Now having to pay someone else to sort the problem.

Polite, clean and tidy. Quote was accurate. Communication was good. Tom went the extra mile for us as the call was answered and the part ordered while he was on holiday and he attended our property promptly to complete the work. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Tom is a very good communicator and took the time to make initial contact on the phone directly rather than rely on the chat facility. He was happy to suggest workarounds and alternatives for both jobs and provide information on the types of taps available. He was on time and kept me fully informed. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily and again Tom was happy to discuss how it would be undertaken once on site. As a result, I have asked him to provide quotes on the kitchen sink replacement and bathroom refurbishment.

Tom was very polite, trustworthy and did an excellent job. Already booked him in to complete more jobs, would highly recommend.

Not long after I put out the request for assistance, Tom made contact and quickly advised what needed to be done. Agreed, for him to do the work. Tom, agreed to come the following day and always kept me informed of the time he would arrive. When he arrived he got straight to work and in no time at all he had replaced my outside tap. Found Tom to be very professional in all aspects. No problem in recommending him. Terry
