Tom is very reliable keeps you updated on his time management. To do my job as promised he was at my house at 7.30am. Great guy

Communication with Tom from the outset was great. He managed to adjust some jobs to accommodate a suitable time. Once over Tom managed to replace a kitchen tap behind an awkward kitchen sink with no access to the tap and carry out the job with minimal mess or hassle. Extremely pleased! Would fully recommend.

Positive experience although it took all day in the end I was given updates as what the delays were and the job was still done the same day
