A prompt response with credible solution to the floor replacement. The quote was not only prompt but professional and had detail of all the costs and work. Communicated at all points and especially when he was arriving to do the work. He showed me his work in stages and cleaned up afterwards. He focussed on the work without any diversions. Nick recently repaired an oak table for me, the frame of which had snapped when I had been when turning it over. Not only did he carry out the repair to an excellent standard, he also refurbished the table top which had some water damage, at no extra charge.
