A prompt response with credible solution to the floor replacement. The quote was not only prompt but professional and had detail of all the costs and work. Communicated at all points and especially when he was arriving to do the work. He showed me his work in stages and cleaned up afterwards. He focussed on the work without any diversions. The end result was perfect.
