Easy and prompt communication with this company, unlike others I tried! Arrived on time and did a good job of clearing stuff I had prepared for removal from my cellar. Very pleasant staff. When we had booked with a company that we hadn’t used before for our post construction clean we were a bit apprehensive and expected an ok job but Nu cleaning services massively surprised us both and did the best job, I genuinely think our house is cleaner now than before the building work had started. They turned up on time, communicated throughout and were generally very happy and polite. We liked them so much we’ve signed up to a fortnightly clean with them. We are passionate about what we do, and take pride and care with our work. All employees are trained to use our chemicals correctly and safely!
Who are regularly supervised and have systems in place to ensure every clean is of a high standard.
We VET all our cleaners and put them through our own in-house training program which teaches them on chemicals, Equipment and cleaning techniques, whilst doing so we also get to know each of them personally before we would ever send them out to clean.
