    Guys started off friendly then turned to moody towards the end. They did not explain the process as a first time user and then became irritated as they assumed I knew the process.

On November 11th, we have no record of staff issues or concerns raised during your visit. However, you left without completing payment or paperwork. We informed you that the waste would need to be returned if those steps weren't finalized. The next day, you promptly paid and signed the paperwork with no issues.     Short notice mixed waste clearance

    I can only really comment on the communication from the tradesperson, which was top notch, as I wasn’t there to see the work done. Comms were efficient and easy. Payment process was simple.

    End of tenancy to include oven, carpets and windows

    They responded quickly to my first approach. Came on time to assess the job. Arrived on time to carry out the work. They left the oven looking like new, the bathrooms were sparkling and the whole flat looked and felt clean and refreshed. Further work had to be carried out on the bathroom but this was not related to the service provided by the cleaners. The staff were polite, helpful and a pleasure to meet and discuss the job required.

    Kitchen & bathroom deep clean on new property

    Moved in to my first home and wanted the kitchen, bathroom & toilet deep cleaned. Could not be happier with the work done by Darren & his colleague. They did such a thorough job. The house already feels so much nicer. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained things as they went. Quick responses, and easy to book. Reasonably priced and definitely worth the money. Will be recommending to others!
