Thank you for your feedback. We strive for excellent service and regret that your experience didn’t reflect this.
On November 11th, we have no record of staff issues or concerns raised during your visit. However, you left without completing payment or paperwork. We informed you that the waste would need to be returned if those steps weren't finalized.
The next day, you promptly paid and signed the paperwork with no issues. It’s also worth noting that you requested another job from us just before leaving this review which we didn’t respond to.
