  Nsoa Limited replied to my issue instantly and they booked me in straight away and my issue was rectified swiftly. The customer service was brilliant with excellent communication and Rob who carried out the job explained to me in great detail what he was doing and solved the issue quickly.

  Hi Goncalo, thank you for your review. We visited you just before Christmas to help resolve the ingress problem. Unfortunately, and what we did not want for you, is that the pointing of all the side of the building ( a block of flats ) has perished. Your neighbour came out while we were there and informed us that this had been an ongoing issue. I believe this should be for your residents association/block manager as the issue would require more than our quoted ladder access. As well the cost of scaffolding etc would be a shared cost, more so because it is affects more than one flat.

  Broken Flush

  We urgently needed a plumber as the flush on the Patients toilet had broken in our clinic so was quite urgent, after using Checkatrade NSOA Limited quickly responded with a quote which was accepted. Also the response from each communication was answered very promptly. The job was then carried very professionally and in a quick time, would certainly recommend these guys. *****

  Refitting the toilet to sole a leak problem

  Amazing work! The engineer talked through the options and got the required part immediately to fix the leak and test whether the issue was resolved. Fantastic service and would call again for anything similar - thank you!

  Efficient Plumbing job carried out with Enthusiasm

  Excellent job today by Rob carried out in Sutton. Job was at the end of a long day for him but he didnt lose any enthusiasm. Replacing faulty part on shower controls. Cleaned up at the end and grouted where needed. Good to see someone happy in their job and efficient
