Hi Goncalo, thank you for your review. We visited you just before Christmas to help resolve the ingress problem. Unfortunately, and what we did not want for you, is that the pointing of all the side of the building ( a block of flats ) has perished. Your neighbour came out while we were there and informed us that this had been an ongoing issue. I believe this should be for your residents association/block manager as the issue would require more than our quoted ladder access. As well the cost of scaffolding etc would be a shared cost, more so because it is affects more than one flat.
