Attempted to invoice me twice - one charge I had agreed and one I had no knowledge of
We had an intermittent issue that we were always able to manually overcome when the float in the water tank stuck occasionally
The operative came and changed a wire they claimed was the issue - and The tank has now stopped working completely - it won’t even work when manually prompted
I have asked NSOA how the intend to rectify the worsening situation we find ourselves in since they attended to undertake the repair

We agreed to a free diagnosis out of goodwill, but this is not our normal procedure and we mistakenly didn't update accounts and naturally an invoice went out.
When Donna disputed this, we did not pursue. We sourced the part required and installed it. Donna paid the first invoice and not the invoice that was agreed with our rate + materials. We have attended twice, been paid once and without cost of materials as agreed. All was in working condition. A whole month later we received an email and this review. We offered to return.
