  Boiler replacement

  Excellent work by the gas engineer who replaced our boiler and carried out a full power flush. The job was completed efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard. Everything was explained clearly, and the system is now running perfectly with noticeable improvement in heating performance. The workspace was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend for reliability, skill, and great service.

  Boiler controls sorted swiftly

  I am a landlord and small scale property developer. My builders had incorrectly installed a boiler remote control which controlled some functions just fine but wouldn’t allow essential commands like switching the boiler off remotely. Nerim was brilliant - I called him on Friday and he came out to me first thing Saturday and the issue was resolved swiftly. I would work with him again in future.

  The boiler pressure was too high and water was coming out of a pipe.

  Nerim came on the same day as I reached out, which was much appreciated as it had been very cold and there was no heating. He identified the cause and explained this to me, along with the cost of the work to confirm with me before proceeding. Fortunately, Nerim had the required parts and got the boiler working again. He also gave advice to help prevent other issues with the boiler. Thank you for your help.

  Changed central heating from vented to mains pressure

  Nerim changed my central heating system from having tanks in the loft to mains pressure. He was the only plumber who suggested relocating our existing boiler rather than buying new as it was only two years old. This was the third boiler install he’d done for me in 3 different houses and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He’s reliable and is always available in case of emergencies e.g.: having moved into a house we found a gas leak which the national gas helpline sent someone out and turned it off mid-winter. Nerim came same day and sorted it for us.
