Nerim was punctual and actually the quote before overrun and he kindly waited for that to complete (I was grateful his arrival sped that previous quote up). He really went the extra mile explaining things & gave good advice and information. Because of the job needed it worked out for cost effective for me to trial a new central heating system completely (the air source one because of the government grant to go green). I felt really bad then declining Nerim’s quote because he was really nice. Thanks Nerim and sorry this time.

Nerim came on the same day as I reached out, which was much appreciated as it had been very cold and there was no heating. He identified the cause and explained this to me, along with the cost of the work to confirm with me before proceeding. Fortunately, Nerim had the required parts and got the boiler working again. He also gave advice to help prevent other issues with the boiler. Thank you for your help.

Nerim changed my central heating system from having tanks in the loft to mains pressure. He was the only plumber who suggested relocating our existing boiler rather than buying new as it was only two years old. This was the third boiler install he’d done for me in 3 different houses and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He’s reliable and is always available in case of emergencies e.g.: having moved into a house we found a gas leak which the national gas helpline sent someone out and turned it off mid-winter. Nerim came same day and sorted it for us.

Nerim installed and serviced our boiler in September 2020. He did a great job and we were also happy with the monies charged. Nerim has serviced our boiler annually to date (13/09/24) If we have any queries or concerns at any time we phone Nerim who will discuss the problem and if need be come to investigate and solve the problem. If the boiler is insured then you will be covered for maintenance and repair. Nerim will advise the best option. The boiler service cost £80 and the hob fitting £120
