Nigel helped trouble shoot an issue with our Nest heating system and in the end installed a Hive system. Communication was great throughout and Nigel is just a very nice bloke. Happy to use again.

Nigel was very polite, helpful and so willing to help! He sorted the gas as it was disconnected in the kitchen then installed our gas cooker . We certainly recommend him

It was very easy to get in touch with Nigel and book the job. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed an issue with my central heating, finding the fault within five minutes. He fixed a blocked pipe, and the heating is now working perfectly. He also took care of another job while he was here, which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend him.

Amazing and professional work. There was a small leak the next day, which the person returned to fix within the hour of being called without any additional charges, could not advise enough!

Fantastic service from NR Bates on a thorough job replacing a Boiler, Radiators, TRV's and running brand new pipework for a radiator location. Very knowledgeable and experienced and felt very confident in going with NR Bates. Work was completed quickly and on schedule and the pricing was very fair. Extremely pleased and satisfied.
