  Bathroom fitting

  Paul was very friendly and transparent with the quote and understood the brief perfectly. Nick and Adam arrived on time every morning and did an excellent job, they were both so lovely and respected my space, cleaning up after themselves every evening and checking I was happy with the work at every stage.   New shower, tray, doors and tiling plus bathroom furniture

  Paul and Nick were excellent. Paul also keep us informed about materials and plan of action, how the work will be carried when on site Nick was very polite and his work was of the highest standard he was dedicated to the job he was also very clean clearing any mess up before he left. Job was value for money considering the high standard of workmanship.

  New en-suite bathroom with built in new boiler for a house with no upstairs bathroom.

  It has been an absolute pleasure working with Paul and his team. They were all so friendly, professional and simply brilliant. Nick and Sam’s workmanship, attention to detail and respect for us and our property was second to none! We are over the moon with Paul’s design and what the build has achieved, it’s something we never considered having the boiler built into the same area so it’s hidden and creates extra space elsewhere. We will be inviting NPC back to complete a complete main bathroom re-fit soon!

  Downstairs toilet refit

  Paul arrived as arranged and gave very good advice on how to achieve the best result, then provided a very good price. Within 10 days Nick and Sam completed the refit in 1.5 days to a superb standard. A lot of care taken with the tile cuts to ensure grout lines aligned with the sink. The details you don't notice when done well but stand out massively when done badly. Floor tiles laid fantastically to a very uneven floor. The mastic application gave it a real sharp finish. All in all a brilliant job from start to finish. Real glad I choose NPC to do the job. thank you very much to you all

  Bathroom and ensuite installation

  We have just finished with NPC Installations for our main bathroom and ensuite and we are in awe at their work and can't thank them enough. By no means was this an easy job for the team, it included moving the waste stack, reinforcing the loft to allow for movement of internal walls, re-plumbing, re-wiring, re-boarding and the conversion of a small box room into the ensuite with wall knock through into bedroom. They were meticulous, polite and always showed up for a full days work. Communication was excellent and we will be using them again for other projects. Cannot rate highly enough!

  Full bathroom redesign and fitting

  We had an excellent experience with NPC. Paul provided lots of helpful advice during the planning and design process, giving us realistic expectations of what was achieveable. Nick and Sam, who removed the old and fitted the new bathroom, were efficient, polite, and tidied everything up at the end of each day. They arrived promptly and stayed late when unexpected snags appeared to keep as close to the agreed timeline as possible. We are now a few months on from completion and have had no issues. Would definitely recommend this company, and they will be our first choice for any future work.
