Paul and Nick were excellent from start to finish. Paul always kept us up to date with planning the work schedule and was on hand to answer any questions. Nick who installed our downstairs toilet was always on time and his work was first class. He was very clean and always left the room looking very tidy. From the start, Paul was super helpful and went above and beyond during the time leading up to our renovation to get us a better price for the items we had already picked and find any items we were still missing. He also managed to fit us in before the holidays even though we were originally scheduled for end of January, which is very much appreciated! I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the fitting was carried out. Jake was a pleasure to have around, very professional, courteous and brilliant at his job. The same goes for everyone who helped. Very pleased with the result!

Paul is the initial contact and the person who gives the estimate. He is a very likeable and helpful guy who really does listen to your requirements and will make some suggestions. This was not a full kitchen rebuild for us, we just wanted a bright refresh with a change of colour, even so Paul spent the time discussing our needs where others may have walked away. He also was able to fit us in before Christmas which was great. The two guys who came to do our job (Nick & Oscar) were really nice helpful guys and have done a great job. I would be happy to recommend NPC to anyone so give them a try

This turned out to be a far from straightforward job as unfortunately there were some serious structural issues that were only revealed as the old bathroom was removed. However, the team took this in their stride and responded brilliantly to rectify these problems and then proceeded with the refit. The end product was just as we had hoped and we are delighted with the finish. Paul provided excellent communication throughout and his team were first class and extremely flexible to accommodate our needs.

Paul, Nick & the rest of the team were fantastic through the whole process of renovating our bathroom. From giving advice on styles and making the most of the space available, keeping us informed of works and getting the job done to a high standard, we would recommend them to anyone.

Arrived on time, polite and respectful with great workmanship and a full days work ! Arrived 8.15am and left 5.30pm ! Don’t usually leave reviews but can really recommend. Many thanks
