  Boiler service ok, but much later on the day than booked

  Recently changed company name from AdHeat of Caterham. Booked an annual boiler service this year having carried out last year’s service for me. Time slot booked & re-confirmed on day before for the morning, but didn’t turn up until 14:50. No update re running late or expected arrival time. Luckily I was still at home for the engineer. At least the engineer Steve carried out the service without any problem and all working fine afterwards. Invoice arrived next day. Just a pity no arrival time updates or apology for arriving so late on the day.

  Hi Mike, Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately in our trade sometimes our jobs overrun when we least expect them and we do our best to complete jobs for every customer on the first visit. We will take this on board and try to keep customers updated.

  Excellent Service

  Excellent service. Have used AD Heat for installing gas cooker and carrying out an annual service for our boiler and I would highly recommend them. Will definitely be using them in the future

  Replacement basin, tap. and bath shower mixer taps

  We found ADheat to be a thorough competent, and professional plumbing company. The ease at which they were able to deal with our matter in hand. Sent pictures to our contact via Whatsapp, and received quote the same day. We didn't have to wait weeks on end, as he had his extensive team of plumbers to undertake work as soon as quote excepted. Work completed within half a day, and a few days after the work done, we received the invoice, which we duly paid the following day. Very happy with the finished work, and would like to thank Alfie, and Josh for their service.

  Toilet cistern leak

  I had a leak from my toilet cistern. I contacted Checkatrade. Adheat responded very promptly. The engineer arrived not too long after I spoke to his boss. The engineer identified the problem quickly and then replaced the bolt. Great job!

  Replace light fittings in bathroom

  Electrician arrived on time and fitted 3 new light fittings as well as a new spur unit for water heater. All work carried out professionally and promptly - great job!
