Recently changed company name from AdHeat of Caterham. Booked an annual boiler service this year having carried out last year’s service for me.
Time slot booked & re-confirmed on day before for the morning, but didn’t turn up until 14:50. No update re running late or expected arrival time. Luckily I was still at home for the engineer. At least the engineer Steve carried out the service without any problem and all working fine afterwards. Invoice arrived next day. Just a pity no arrival time updates or apology for arriving so late on the day.
