    Would highly recommend for excellent work.

    Both Johann and Pierre were extremely careful and courteous in the way they carried out this work. We had the loft boarded and a new loft ladder installed and they were delightful to work with, from the initial visit right through to the installation; happy to answer any questions I had via email, which was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them for their professional and yet personal approach to the job. Thanks so much, our loft looks amazing!

    Johan & Pierre were exceptional from beginning to end; from initial meeting & assessment Johan was genuine & knowledgeable in offering advice in-terms of options. His friendly, personable nature coupled with his passion & craftsmanship was evident through the efficient & meticulous manner. Johan & Pierre were clear in their communication, punctual & completed the loft boarding & insulation within a matter of hours. We are so pleased to have used Novolofts great value for money without detracting from the quality; competitive pricing as we had a few other quotes too. They won’t disappoint!

    A very professional service from start to finish

    Johan quickly responded to my call for a quotation for improvement to our loft storage and insulation. I received the quotation on 13th October and the work has been completed to our complete satisfaction today, 27th October. The work is to a very high standard and both Johan and Pierre were extremely polite, professional and very hard workers.

    Great job insulating a loft space.

    Johan and Pierre did an excellent job removing boarding and re-insulating my loft. They got the job done quickly and efficiently with no left over mess. Very happy to recommend and am planning to get them to do a second job for me.

    Excellent work boarding our loft and replacing ladder.

    The Novo Lofts team did an excellent job boarding our loft and making it so that we have so much extra space up there now to safely store items. They also changed the loft ladder and made the hatch far more accessible than it was previously. They also got rid of some rubbish that was up there, and were super clean and friendly. Highly recommended!

    Upgraded existing loft insulation, raised boards and fitted new hatch/loft ladder. Excellent job - very professional, efficient and good communications. Johan was great explaining options, invoice was clear and transparent. I recommend Novo Lofts.
