Great service - 100% recommend

I have a small loft in a very old house, these guys were absolute beasts, no fear, neat and tidy.

Absolutely impressed! They were able to start the job the very next day, arrived on time, and showed great respect for the house throughout. Neat, tidy, and conscientious—they cleaned up thoroughly and even went the extra mile by moving items that were in their way, without a fuss. The cherry on top? An excellent job, completed to a high standard. Highly recommended!

First class service. Straightforward, trustworthy, reliable. Stuck to the quote even though he had to use his own loft boards instead of my own ones(so less profitable for him). Got the work done quickly to a high standard. If I had more loft work to do I would get them back without a second thought.

I had used Novo Lofts for roof insulation, but the job could not be completed until plumbing work had been undertaken. We kept in touch and agreed a date and they came back yesterday. Great job, swiftly completed, pleasant guys, swept up afterwards. Highly recommended.

They made my loft make-over super easy. Just moved into a new house. It's a terrace brick house built in the 1930's. No loft ladder, no lighting, minimal boarding and low level of insulation. By the time it took me to do several loads of laundry they had cleaned out the old carpets that had been left up there, put down fresh insulation, completely new boarding 100% coverage allowing for insulation, new light installed by an electrician, new loft ladder and hatch. They took everything away that they took down and vacuumed before they left. Awesome work and professionalism.
