Pierre and his team were excellent - transparent on pricing and the details of the work, great timely communication and work done to a high degree with the house left in a very clean state post works done. Would not hesitate to have them return should we need their services again

Two great guys, careful workers who arrived on time for survey and job. After the quote I had anxieties regarding the discovered pipework, but Pierre arrived within a couple of hours to reassess the necessary changes to the job. They removed old loose boards, installed a new hatch, handrail and extra insulation, then put in new boards giving me easier access and more storage area. Very pleased with their work.

I didn’t know what to expect as I have never had my loft boarded. Johan from Novolofts talked me through each process and answered all my questions. He and Piers worked hard all day, not stopping for tea or chats, up in an uncomfortable environment. The electrician came and went so quickly I hadn’t realised he was in the house. This company is so efficient, use good quality materials and are such nice people. I would definitely recommend Novolofts.

It was really great dealing with Novo from start to finish. They did what we needed, took pride in their work and were lovely to have in the house. Nothing was too much effort for them. Clean, efficient and price aligned with other quotes.

Johan and Pierre did an excellent job boarding my loft, installing shelving, lighting, a ladder, and a handrail. They were polite, professional, and genuinely skilled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to improve their loft space!
