  Install of Panasonic air to air heat pump

  Arrived on time and carried out full install in conjunction with appointed electrician. All working at this point in time. Cleaned up after them Would recommend. I did setup the app to control the system in addition to the provided remote. I had no problem but others might struggle.

  AC installation in 2 rooms

  Very happy with the job done by the technicians that came to installed 2 internal units in upstairs bedrooms in The hottest days of the year. It is the second time we asked them to come over to installed units for us. That say it all. All process has gone perfectly well, from the first visit to discuss the job, to the quote and providing multiple options, and finish with installation. They are very profesional, reliable, honest and overall paying attention to details. Thanks Norton team you are a great business and we will see at the next maintenance check

  Domestic air conditioning installation

  Really impressed with every stage of the work. Initial quote was thorough, explaining limitations and providing different options based on all of the things we'd asked about. They provided timings of what work would be taking place so we could plan WFH around it - so helpful! Alan did a brilliant job with the installation, friendly and upbeat, and taking initiative without disturbing us. He left everything tidy and vacuumed each day. His workmanship in the loft in particular is great, routing cables in a really sensible way to avoid tricky obstructions. Would recommend.

  Installed new air conditioning in loft conversion

  This company is superb and I would highly recommend them. We were let down last minute by another company to fit AC in our new loft conversion. Norton came out and completed the initial work very quickly so our builders were not held up. They worked very well with other trades and completed the install this month. They are always very polite, helpful, clean and tidy on site and we are extremely pleased with our new AC. Their quote was detailed and we felt they really listened to what we wanted. They are also able to carry out our annual service too. I would not hesitate to use Norton again.
