This new A/C system was a bit of an experiment for me, and was mainly intended for summer aircon. cooling. But having developed a way of shoehorning a small system neatly into my bungalow, and you Norton helping to refine the specification and swift installation etc. I am pleasantly surprised at its efficiency, particularly/currently with heating which I was sceptical about. It all looks "so far so good", even when heating the dining room through its open door from the 5 Kw Hall indoor unit. Although a gamble, it seems to be having desired effect. Thanks for your efficient installation.

Friendly service, good value

Came and looked at job, completed work within the work. Considering the heatwaves we have been having, we were very impressed they fitted us in.

Arrived on time and carried out full install in conjunction with appointed electrician. All working at this point in time. Cleaned up after them Would recommend. I did setup the app to control the system in addition to the provided remote. I had no problem but others might struggle.

Very happy with the job done by the technicians that came to installed 2 internal units in upstairs bedrooms in The hottest days of the year. It is the second time we asked them to come over to installed units for us. That say it all. All process has gone perfectly well, from the first visit to discuss the job, to the quote and providing multiple options, and finish with installation. They are very profesional, reliable, honest and overall paying attention to details. Thanks Norton team you are a great business and we will see at the next maintenance check

Really impressed with every stage of the work. Initial quote was thorough, explaining limitations and providing different options based on all of the things we'd asked about. They provided timings of what work would be taking place so we could plan WFH around it - so helpful! Alan did a brilliant job with the installation, friendly and upbeat, and taking initiative without disturbing us. He left everything tidy and vacuumed each day. His workmanship in the loft in particular is great, routing cables in a really sensible way to avoid tricky obstructions. Would recommend.
