The Norton Air Conditioning installation of 2 air-con systems at my home exceeded my expectations. To be honest, before the day I was a little nervous about the works, mess, whether it would meet my standards etc. But, I shouldn't have worried the installers were polite, friendly and - most importantly very good at their jobs. They answered any questions I had. They made sure to catch the dust when any drilling was needed and tidied up after themselves. The end results were perfect, I could not fault them. Everything looked so smart due to their attention to detail. Thanks

Excellent Service form Ryan Norton form start to finish. Came to have a look at my Air-Conditioning job as i wanted to remove couple of vents on the ceiling and Service all the Units. Gave me a quote which was reasonable. Came on time. His work was very neat and tidy. Cleaned up nicely and no mess left. I have also signed up a yearly contract with him for the service for all air-condition Units. He was also very polite.

Really pleased with the work that Ryan completed on solving a long term problem with the ventilation in my daughter’s flat. His thoroughness and careful checking ensured that an original builder’s obstruction on the roof outlet was discovered and cleared. In addition, his use of data and fine tuning of the extraction unit has ensured efficient future operation.

This new A/C system was a bit of an experiment for me, and was mainly intended for summer aircon. cooling. But having developed a way of shoehorning a small system neatly into my bungalow, and you Norton helping to refine the specification and swift installation etc. I am pleasantly surprised at its efficiency, particularly/currently with heating which I was sceptical about. It all looks "so far so good", even when heating the dining room through its open door from the 5 Kw Hall indoor unit. Although a gamble, it seems to be having desired effect.
