  From the initial contact to the completion of the job this was a model of professionalism in management and execution. The project was explained to us in as much detail as we needed, and any issues were discussed and resolved to our satisfaction. The management team and the staff were a high standard, led by the hands on business owner. The materials used were also top quality. Replacing a roof can be stressful but throughout we were reassured by the competence and care on display. The receipt of the Council Building Control Completion Certificate confirmed our views.   They're a good company

  North West Roofers did a good job at fixing the roof ridge tiles. They were upfront that weather conditions would impact on cement binding quality and did the job when the conditions were suitable. I got an invoice pre the job, which is always a positive sign. They were professional and got the roof fixed in time for the next rainy spell.

  A good experience with North West roofers from first contact , assessing the damage to job completion William was professional giving me confidence in the company I liked the drone images so I could see roof close up along with photos/videos throughout the job . I would definitely recommend.

  Refit dry verge caps, seal and point lead work fit, air admittance valve for soil pipe

  Booked to refit dry verge caps, came around same day for a quote, then came a few days later all work completed to a high standard. They also noticed missing air admittance valve and problematic lead work that needed refitting, which they showed me and agreed additional work which was great to get sorted. Would recommend
