recently had a complete new reroof carried out by North West Roof Repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and hardworking. The workmanship was excellent, and they completed the reroof to a very high standard while keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the project. I needed work done on the chimney, re leading, flashing pointing, re beding etc. Two young boys did the job, the boss just sat in van supervising I guess, the job was done super quick, didn't take up the tiles just patched up, when I questioned it he had an answer for everything, the chimney lead was put over the old, if they did anything to it at all! I knew it was a patch up job £2500 in the bin, stay away from the cowboys

Excellent communication throughout out. Arrived on time, showed me the results from the drone there and then. I went on to use them for a full reroof & they were superb. Highly recommend for any roofing work.

From the initial contact to the completion of the job this was a model of professionalism in management and execution. The project was explained to us in as much detail as we needed, and any issues were discussed and resolved to our satisfaction. The management team and the staff were a high standard, led by the hands on business owner. The materials used were also top quality. Replacing a roof can be stressful but throughout we were reassured by the competence and care on display. The receipt of the Council Building Control Completion Certificate confirmed our views. North West Roofers did a good job at fixing the roof ridge tiles. They were upfront that weather conditions would impact on cement binding quality and did the job when the conditions were suitable. I got an invoice pre the job, which is always a positive sign. They were professional and got the roof fixed in time for the next rainy spell.
