  Christian was responsive and organised, identified the problem with our shower and was helpful in discussing the options before we agreed the solution. He was quick to order the parts and came back and got it all done very quickly. Highly recommended.

  Fast changeover of a leaking 3 bar bathroom pump. Checked over the problem, ran through some options, got the pump replaced and also replaced some sketchy work from the old installation, and he'd planned ahead and had spare isolation valves ready to install as the old stop valves wouldn't shut off all the way. All in all, fast, friendly and competitively priced.

  Out of all of the plumbers spoken to, Northway I felt went the extra mile to not just provide a quote but also advice about future works which was very welcome. Hopefully will use again in the future

  Friendly and fair

  All very smooth. Came to look at what needed doing. Made very sensible suggestions which I hadn't thought about. Quote was fair and the work was done reasonably quickly even though I had said I was flexible on timescale. Christian is really friendly and did an excellent job
