Christian came back to us with options and pricing on the day I rang him. He sourced the agreed taps and then called to arrange fitting (a few days later) he was prompt, courteous and completed the work to our satisfaction, at a reasonable price in a couple of hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending Northway based on our experience.

I was very pleased with Christian’s speed of communication and a very competitive quote. He arrived as arranged and kept me up to date on alternative times. In the end he fitted the job in earlier and was very professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Christian to anyone and would consider him for more work.

Christian was courteous and arrived on time, working carefully but quickly, He installed a new shower, working to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend.

Christian’s communication was great throughout and he managed to come out to us within a week or so. All work carried out as agreed and I was kept up-to-date during the work on progress. Christian also identified a few smaller issues whilst here which he fixed free of charge. Will certainly be using Christian again if any issues arise.
