  Finding and repairing a leak

  Rob came out to see me very quickly and he located the leak and then the job was booked in by Wendy. Brian and Daniel came out and dug out the pipe, repaired it and then filled back in with concrete and cleaned up and left everything as they found it. Many thanks to the whole team for doing such a good job.

  A first class service carried out by highly skilled tradesmen. They turned up exactly on time a carried out the installation with the utmost professionalism. The site was kept clean and tidy at all times. The installation was carried out promptly and efficiently. Once finished everything was reinstated and you cannot tell they have been here.   Replace 30 meters of mains water supply pipe

  Following telephone contact to arrange a site visit arrived at prearranged time to assess the job with a view to providing quote. A couple of days later received a clear written quote via email. Arranged a mutually agreeable time for the work, arrived at 9.30am on the agreed date completed the work by 3.30pm same day. Considering the nature of the work it was completed in a clean tidy and professional manner. Block paving was replaced so it was difficult to tell.it had been removed to dig a pilot hole. A professional and reliable company to do the work.

  REPLACEMENT OF MAINS WATER SUPPLY FROM HIGHWAY TO HOUSE

  I WAS KEPT IN THE PICTURE AS TO PROGRESS THROUGHOUT. THEY FOUND THE LEAK, FITTED NEW PIPE USING THE MOLING TECHNIQUE, MADE GOOD THEIR EXCAVATIONS, LEFT THE WORK SITE CLEAN AND TIDY AND WELL WITHIN TIME FRAME. CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR A THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL JOB.

  Replaced 20m of lead piping into property using mole.

  Did a great job. Professional, polite and very efficient. Wouldn’t have known they’d been here apart from box connecting pipe through wall into stop tap. Would highly recommend .

  Water leak detection and own water supply

  Rob and his team were absolutely brilliant. Rob provided expertise and put our selves at ease and went the extra mile to help and give advise that we could understand. The service started in August 2024 and the job finished April 2025 due to Severn Trent delaying and not be helpful at all. Rob always responded and helped with any questions and queries. We would highly recommend and didn't even know they and been inside our property. Everything was left tidy and perfect. We would not have got through this without Rob and Wendy. Thanks a million.
