  Look no further than north staffs utility services should you require any regards burst mains and utility services. Communication excellent from Rob and Wendy. Rob was out super fast and found our mains water leak, Brian and Dan out super fast to do a top repair. Can’t recommend them enough!

  Leaking Outdoor Mains Water Stop Tap

  Both visits took place as booked. Bob came to do the survey and eliminated the leak by turning off the faulty tap. A further visit was arranged for the excavation and replacement of the old tap with a modern accessible replacement. Two operatives duly appeared on the morning of the agreed date. The job was completed promptly and we are left with a very tidy site and accessible below ground regulation style stop tap.

  Finding and repairing a leak

  Rob came out to see me very quickly and he located the leak and then the job was booked in by Wendy. Brian and Daniel came out and dug out the pipe, repaired it and then filled back in with concrete and cleaned up and left everything as they found it. Many thanks to the whole team for doing such a good job.

  A first class service carried out by highly skilled tradesmen. They turned up exactly on time a carried out the installation with the utmost professionalism. The site was kept clean and tidy at all times. The installation was carried out promptly and efficiently. Once finished everything was reinstated and you cannot tell they have been here.   Replace 30 meters of mains water supply pipe

  Following telephone contact to arrange a site visit arrived at prearranged time to assess the job with a view to providing quote. A couple of days later received a clear written quote via email. Arranged a mutually agreeable time for the work, arrived at 9.30am on the agreed date completed the work by 3.30pm same day. Considering the nature of the work it was completed in a clean tidy and professional manner. Block paving was replaced so it was difficult to tell.it had been removed to dig a pilot hole. A professional and reliable company to do the work.
