When the water company said that we had a leak and that it was on our property and therefore our responsibility to get it repaired, I contacted 3 companies to look at the problem. Two of the companies just sent a quote without assessing what needed to be done, Rob Gallon of North Staffs Utility Services promptly came out to assess the job and went through the process which gave me complete confidence in his ability to rectify the leak. On the day Brian, James and Adrian started the works under my recently laid £11,000 drive with out a hole. Superb job by a great company.

Rob visited to give me a repair quote on quite an unusual fault. After a very extensive investigation the fault was pinpointed. Although this work was outside the jobs they complete, Rob put me in touch with a highly recommended specialist for the job. Didn't charge anything for diagnostic work and although they can't complete the work I was extremely impressed with Rob and how the company operates

I can whole-heartedly recommend this company. Reliable and efficient, completing the work on time and to quote. The guys that completed the work knew their stuff, were conscienious and hard working. Most of all they were polite and respectful while in or around the property. If I need utility work again in the future, I know who to call.

Was looking for a reputable company to replace my water mains pipe to my home - was quite nervous about this as it was a big job and i had bad experiences with other companies on much smaller jobs before. Nice people to deal with, very responsive to answer my queries and the work was completed very neatly with next to no disruption at all - would definitely come back to you again and recommend you to others.

North Staffs Utilities are a fantastic, friendly and professional company. They turned up to assess the repair needed exactly when they said spending over an hour discussing the different repair options and provided quotes for both (a leaking joint water supply pipe (( potentially lead piping)) located under the floor of one of the terraced houses). On the booked day for repairs, they turned up exactly when promised and completed the repair swiftly and everything was left spotless. Cannot rate this company enough. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used this company. I must say on both occasions they exceeded my expectations. They are small family business with a a pride in their work. From the initial quote to jobs completion I was impressed. I had previously had a repair done several years ago. Unfortunately the pipeline was beyond repair so I opted for a complete replacement of the old mains water pipe under my block paved driveway. The mole was used to deliver the pipe under the driveway to inside my garage. Fantastic job completed in just a few hours. The drive was reinstated perfectly.
