  We had a leak into the loft. Mark and the guys came to look at it the same day I contacted them, gave me a quote and said they could come back the next day to do the job (previously I'd been quoted as needing a full new roof and having to wait months for the job to be done). Very professional, showed me photos of before, during and after the job, highly recommended.
