The guys turned up when they said they would and carried out the work as asked and quoted for. They highlighted some other work that needed doing but didn’t pressurise us to undertake the work.

Came to check out the issue with flashing on the roof, next day he could fit us in and completed the work really neatly and incredibly quick. Brilliant job.

Mark and his team were doing a job for my neighbour and I asked them to take a look at a leak I had, they were friendly, approachable and quoted me a fair price. They came back the day after and completed the work, it was done to a high standard and they provided me with photos before during and after. I have a rental property with a slate roof which had loose tiles. Mark promptly inspected the roof. He identified other issues which had to be fixed and provided me with quotes for the different works so that I could choose what I wanted to be done. Mark and two colleagues came a few days after the inspection. They replaced a few broken tiles, refastened the loose tiles, repointed the ridge tiles and flaunched the chimney pots. I inspected the work either binoculars and received pictures from Mark. I am very happy with the work.
